We had a lot of fun with this competition last year and we are doing it again for 2023. Our accommodation partner, Pezula Nature Hotel & Spa, is giving away two accommodation packages to the value of R5,130 and R10,260 respectively.

1st prize package (R10,260)

Two nights accommodation for up to two people sharing a Nature Standard Suite, including breakfast. Complimentary upgrade will be offered subject to availability.

2nd prize package (R5,130)

One night accommodation for up to two people sharing a Nature Standard Suite, including breakfast. Complimentary upgrade will be offered subject to availability.

What do you need to do?

1) Enter the Knysna Extreme Triathlon or Knysna Extreme 0.5.

2) Print out your 'Athlete in Training' sign.

3) Take a photo of you holding up the sign in a unique location or while doing something fun and send it to us.

4) We will load all the pictures on social media at the end of April.

5) The picture with the most votes wins the prize - simple as that!

The competition is only open to athletes who have already entered or those who will will enter the Knysna Extreme Triathlon or the Knysna Extreme 0.5, up until the end of April.
